Silas has been one of the best osteopaths I have come across, I do not say this lightly. He is incredibly friendly, professional and knows his stuff!

Silas is very knowledgeable and explains it to you in terms you can understand giving you a better experience when you are with him. He has sorted my back out as well as my legs and I feel so much better a few months down the line. Any injuries or issues I’m definitely going back and I urge anyone with an injury to go and see him.

Silas has been helping me since I’ve started CrossFit with a few niggles. Not only does he help whilst you’re there with him, his after care is amazing, sending me stretches to do and just generally checking in to see how I’m doing. I cannot recommend him enough.
