The Forge Rehab & Recovery is an Osteopathic clinic that brings together a mixture of skills for physical rehabilitation, including manual therapy and exercised based solutions.
We are based in Crowborough and from July onwards we will also be based in Burgess Hill.

I cannot recommend enough Silas. From an old injury in my shoulder to an acute plantar fasciitis he has been able to fix the problem every time.
