Plus lower, upper back and knee degeneration, facing depression, lack lustre and simply in mourning for my life and body pre cancer… Silas, in one year, with his patience, knowledge and professionalism has helped me lose weight, (nearly a stone) helped my confidence grow, helped me get mentally and physically stronger and as a result, quite simply, helped make my life ‘better’ in all areas… for which I will be forever grateful… when you have your health and walk without pain, everything changes!

He has sorted my back out as well as my legs and I feel so much better a few months down the line.
