Silas is very knowledgeable and explains it to you in terms you can understand giving you a better experience when you are with him. He has sorted my back out as well as my legs and I feel so much better a few months down the line. I cannot recommend enough Silas. From an old injury in my shoulder to an acute plantar fasciitis he has been able to fix the problem every time.
