He really listened to what was going on with me,
Silas was amazing, he really listened to what was going on with me, and took his time during the session and was very patient and kind throughout. I walked out feeling an incredible difference in my back pain, and since then have had next to no issues, and working out has been so much easier! Cannot rate him highly enough. The nicest guy!

I will be forever grateful…
Being a breast cancer survivor, going through post chemically induced menopause, recovery from radiation and surgery. Plus lower, upper back and knee degeneration, facing depression, lack lustre and simply in mourning for my life and body pre cancer… Silas, in one year, with his patience, knowledge and professionalism has helped me lose weight, (nearly a stone) helped my confidence grow, helped me get mentally and physically stronger and as a result, quite simply, helped make my life ‘better’ in all areas… for which I will be forever grateful… when you have your health and walk without pain, everything changes!

Any injuries or issues I’m definitely going back
Silas is very knowledgeable and explains it to you in terms you can understand giving you a better experience when you are with him. He has sorted my back out as well as my legs and I feel so much better a few months down the line. Any injuries or issues I’m definitely going back and I urge anyone with an injury to go and see him.

Most types of musculoskeletal conditions, both acute or chronic can be treated, such as aches and pains from everyday life or injuries that may have occurred during physical activity.
If you are concerned about other health problems, they can be discussed and an appropriate management plan can be put in place, such as osteopathic treatment or referral to the right professionals.Frequesn
A mixture of functional and mechanical manual therapy techniques as well as evidence-based exercises. I also use osteopathic manipulation techniques, Muscle energy techniques, stretching, sports massage and dry needling to help treat your problems. If there is a specific treatment that you are not comfortable with, I will endeavour to find a different treatment option for you.
The very first appointment consists of a Case History, where we will discuss your general health and events leading to your current issue. This will be followed by a physical exam and a working diagnosis and treatment. From there we will devise the most appropriate management plan to help in your recovery, taking into consideration your history, lifestyle, and activities.
Initial appointments usually last between 45-60 minutes.
Follow up sessions start with an update regarding your progress, followed by any re-examinations and treatment.
