Silas is very knowledgeable and explains it to you in terms you can understand giving you a better experience when you are with him. He has sorted my back out as well as my legs and I feel so much better a few months down the line. I cannot recommend enough Silas. From an old injury in my shoulder to an acute plantar fasciitis he has been able to fix the problem every time. So much can be achieved in one session and he always follows up to be sure everything is going how it should be. A lifesaver! Really happy with the service and the results, 100% recommendable
